Catwalk Security Services [Pvt] Ltd is primarily a client-focused company. Over the years, we have developed a quality Service Charter. In any relationship, we know that complaints from customers may arise. We have formal procedures in effective complaint handling: firstly, speed is essential and then a clear and appropriate response is sent to the client.
Most importantly, we are pro-active in identifying complaints; the client can put his/her complaints on paper (worksheet form) or conduct the management either by phone or personal visit. The complaints will be dealt with by our Customer Care Team or the management. The management will hold quarterly meetings with the executive to ensure that the company is operating within the expected trends.

Security Briefs & Surveys
If appointed, Catwalk Security Services [Pvt] Ltd will carry out a security survey of the client's premises free of charge. In addition, we also provide security briefs outlining areas that have the potential of having a loss together with our recommendations.
Supervision
The company has experienced and well-trained supervisory staff. It is company policy that each shift is supervised four times randomly to keep the security operations on alert.
Responsibility
To ensure that our security personnel on duty are aware of how clients expect them to perform their duties and are aware of their areas of responsibility, detailed written instructions will be drawn up between clients and the company.
